Confidentiality Requirements

Canada's Current Position (#1): Information from FSA implementation must be kept confidential. NCCC Opening Position: The starting premise for Long-Term Reform must be openness and transparency. All negotiations and information relating to implementation of an Agreement should be, to the maximum extent possible, transparent. Transparency ensures accountability. Transparency and accountability, together, help end discrimination and prevent its reoccurrence.
