Canada's Current Position: The Expert Advisory Committee is bound by confidentiality and is not independent of ISC. NCCC Opening Position: Canada's Internal accountablity mechanism need to be reviewed (accountability framework). The work of the EAC in reforming ISC and developing an accountability framework must be transparent and independent.
